Blackmores evening primrose oil + fish oil is a rich natural source of the omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from evening primrose oil, and the omega-3s EPA and DHA from fish oil.

Dosage

Adults - Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with meals.

Contains:

• Natural Fish Oil 500 mg approximately equivalent to:
• Omega-3 marine triglycerides 150 mg
• Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 90 mg
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 60 mg
• Evening Primrose Oil Approximately equivalent to:
• Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 50 mg
