Active Ingredients & Formulation

• Active Ingredient: Sodium Hyaluronate 1 mg/mL (0.1% w/v)
• Excipients: Citric acid anhydrous, sodium citrate dihydrate, sorbitol, water for injections.

Directions for Use & Dosage

• Instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac of each affected eye 3 times daily, or as directed by your eye care professional.
• Can be used more frequently if needed. If application frequency exceeds 10 times per day, please consult an ophthalmologist.
• Administration: Remove the cap, invert the bottle, and press the base firmly to release one drop. Close your eyes slowly to allow the solution to spread evenly.

Warnings, Precautions & Storage

• Do not use if hypersensitive to sodium hyaluronate or any listed ingredients.
• Ophthalmic Co-medication: If using other eye drops, wait at least 30 minutes between applications and instill HYLO-COMOD last. Eye ointments should always be applied after HYLO-COMOD.
• Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Discard 6 months after first opening.

Registration / Approval: Regulated as a non-poison topical ophthalmic device/pharmaceutical adjunct under DCA/NPRA Malaysia guidelines. Check package label for authorized local MAL registration and batch details.
