Optive Fusion® UD is an advanced, preservative-free ocular lubricant designed for instant relief, long-lasting hydration, and superior comfort for dry, irritated, or strained eyes. Formulated with a synergistic dual-polymer blend combining Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and Sodium Hyaluronate (HA), it restores and stabilizes the natural tear film. Ideal for daily digital eye strain, environmental dryness, sensitive eyes, and post-LASIK recovery, Optive Fusion UD is fully compatible with all types of contact lenses.

Active Ingredients & Formulation

Each preservative-free single-use unit dose contains:

• Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC): 0.5% w/v
• Glycerin: 1.0% w/v
• Sodium Hyaluronate (HA): 0.1% w/v

Excipients: Purified water, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride dihydrate, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, and sodium borate decahydrate.

Directions for Use & Dosage

• Instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed.
• Administration: Twist or snap off the tab of the single-use vial. Tilt head back, gently pull down the lower eyelid, and instill drops into the conjunctival sac. Avoid contact between the vial tip and the eye or any external surfaces to maintain sterility.
• Discard the single-dose container immediately after use. Do not store or reuse opened vials.
• If co-administering with other eye drops, allow an interval of at least 5 minutes between applications.

Warnings, Precautions & Storage

• Contraindications: Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, or any other listed ingredients.
• Precautions: For external ophthalmic use only. Do not use if the unit-dose container or foil packaging is compromised. Discontinue use and consult an eye care specialist if you experience persistent ocular pain, vision changes, or irritation lasting beyond 72 hours.
• Vision Safety: Mild, temporary visual blurring may occur upon instillation. Wait until vision clears before driving or operating machinery.
• Pregnancy & Children: Safe for topical ophthalmic application; pediatric use should be supervised by an adult. Consult your healthcare professional if pregnant or nursing.
• Storage: Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
