Systane Ultra Eye Drops 5ml provide fast-acting, high-performance relief for dry, irritated eyes caused by environmental conditions such as digital screen time, air conditioning, wind, or dust. Formulated to provide extended protection and comfort, these advanced lubricating drops restore the ocular mucin layer, soothe surface irritation, and can also be used to lubricate and rewet soft contact lenses.

Active Ingredients / Formulation

Each 5 mL multi-dose Drop-Tainer™ bottle contains:

• Polyethylene Glycol 400: 0.4% w/v
• Propylene Glycol: 0.3% w/v

Inactive Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl guar (HP-Guar), Sorbitol, Aminomethylpropanol, Boric acid, Potassium chloride, Sodium chloride, Purified water, and preserved with POLYQUAD™ (Polyquaternium-1) 0.001%.

Directions for Use & Dosage

Shake well before using. Place 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and blink. If wearing contact lenses and experiencing minor irritation or blurring, apply 1 or 2 drops and blink 2 or 3 times. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface to prevent contamination.

Warnings, Precautions & Storage

Store at room temperature below 25°C and keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy, or if you are hypersensitive to any ingredient. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience persistent eye pain, changes in vision, or if redness and irritation worsen or persist for more than 72 hours.
