Tiger Balm Plaster is an analgesic and mild anti-inflammatory preparation. Once applied, its ingredients are absorbed into the skin to stimulate blood circulation which helps to expedite the healing process. Its permeating action provides relief and comfort for hours.
Indications: Muscular pain, stiff neck and shoulders, contusion, sprain, backache and arthritic pain.

Tiger Balm Plaster is a whitish yellow paste with a characteristic odor which is kneaded and spread on unwoven cloth, covered with a plastic film.
Camphor
Pharmacodynamics
Camphor is a stimulant, rubefacient, antipruritic and feebly antiseptic. When in combination with other ingredients such as menthol, methyl salicylate, it becomes ideal for neuralgia and other painful areas.
Menthol
Menthol dilates the blood vessels causing a a sensation of coldness, followed by an analgesic effect. Menthol also acts as a penetration enhancer, increasing the penetration of drugs when applied on the skin, to give a faster onset of action.
Directions: Clean and dry area of application. Peel off the protective film and apply plaster to the aflected area once or twice a day. Apply plaster half an hour after bathing, remove plaster one hour belone bathing.
Adverse Reactions: May cause allergic reaction on some individuals with hypersensitive skin. If servere irritation occurs, discontinue use mmediately and consult a physician. Patient with known or suspected intolerance to rubefacient should exercise caution when using this preparation.
Storage: Keep the plaster out of reach of children, Store below 30°C.
